My Breakfast Bowls

So I eat this for brunch or lunch all the time and everyone always asks what it is so I thought I’d share my recipe!

It’s versatile, affordable, and so good!

EVERYDAY SALAD BOWL RECIPE

I used Applegate smoked turkey slices instead of eggs!

Ingredients:
  • Handful iceberg lettuce

  • Handful organic spinach

  • Cucumber

  • Roasted broccoli (I get the big frozen bag, works great!)

  • Roasted carrot

  • 2 soft boiled eggs

  • Ranch dressing

Directions:
  • Get a bowl

  • Throw in your lettuce

  • Base it with a cut up half cucumber and some nuts and seeds for extra protein

  • Add roasted veggies (make sure they’re seasoned and salted!)

  • Add ranch dressing, salsa or whichever seasoning you’d prefer

  • Mix together well

  • Top with 2 hard or soft-boiled eggs

  • Enjoy!
