🥚: 6-Minute Soft-Boiled Eggs
Soft-boiled eggs… So good!
Almost anyone can do eggs and they are such a great source of high-quality protein, vitamins, minerals, and fats! If you’re like me, I thrive on high fat and low-carb diets, and crave my eggs and fresh fruits and vegetables every single day...
Directions…
Let a covered pot of water come to a boil
Gently place eggs in boiling water with a slotted spoon and cover back up
Keep it boiling and set the timer for 6-7 minutes
Once timer goes off, immediately transfer the eggs to an ice bowl to cool
Once cool, peel and enjoy and save the rest for later in the fridge!
Easy Hacks!
If you have more than a couple eggs (3-4), leave them in a minute or two longer to boil! The more eggs you have, the longer it will take! You can make any kind of egg depending on how you like your yolk!
Always take eggs out and cool them down with cold water after 10-12 minutes. That way the shell will not stick to the egg and make it hard to peel!
If you hate the smell of hard boiled eggs, leave them on the counter to completely cool off before placing them in the fridge! Goodbye smelly eggs!
