🥤: My Favorite Mango + Cinnamon Smoothie (Just 4 Simple Ingredients!)
Frozen mango + cinnamon is a life-changing combination for a smoothie and I can’t wait for you to try it!
At the office, I do “Allie’s Smoothies” and sell 8 different kinds of smoothies for $8 each. I have coined this mango + cinnamon smoothie Pumpkin Cheesecake (as pictured above) because it tastes just like that… A sweet treat, and a little bit on the holiday side of flavor.
Here’s what you need:
Frozen mango
Vanilla protein powder
Ice
Water
Cinnamon
Liquid stevia
Directions:
Place 1 cup of frozen mango into your smoothie cup
Fill the rest of the cup with ice
Fill water to the top of ice and fruit line in cup
Pour cup into blender
Add 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
Add a source of healthy fat (1 tbs. flax oil, mct oil, coconut oil, 2 tbs. avocado) Side note: healthy fats keep you full longer and can help you work better throughout the day!
1-2 droppers of liquid stevia
Blend once
Lastly, add in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and blend again until smooth and creamy! I always add the cinnamon after I blend it once first, because that prevents the cinnamon from sticking to the blender and making it hard to rinse out after!
