Last year, in my whirlwind of smoothie making, I decided to throw in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon into my typical mango smoothie for clients. It turned out so good!
Clients loved it and it quickly became fall’s favorite smoothie.
All you need is frozen mango + cinnamon + stevia!
pumpkin cheesecake smoothie RECIPE
Ingredients:
Frozen mango
Ice
Water
Cinnamon
Liquid stevia
Vanilla protein powder
Directions:
Place 1 cup of frozen mango in your smoothie cup
Fill the rest of it with ice
Water to fill over the top of ice and fruit
Pour cup in blender
Add in 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
Add a source of healthy fat (1 tbs. flax oil, mct oil, coconut oil, 2 tbs. avocado) Side note: healthy fats keep you full longer and can help you work better throughout the day!
1-2 droppers of liquid stevia
Blend
Lastly, add in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and blend until smooth and creamy! (adding the cinnamon in last helps prevent it from sticking and making it hard to rinse and clean up after!)

tip: rinse your blender out WHEN you’re done, and there won’t be a mess to clean up after!
