On Sunday night, I enjoyed sea bass and spanish mackerel from a friend! He cooked it on low heat in my cast iron skillet with a little bit of grass-fed butter and some special seasonings.
 

When it comes to eating fish, some are healthier than others!

I like to follow the guidelines of SMASH to remember which fish I want to keep in my repertoire weekly!

I’ve really learned to love these kinds of fish, because they are loaded with omega-3 fats that are like pillow to your brain πŸ₯°. They are also really low in mercury and other toxins.

At the grocery store, the first thing you want to do is look at the labels. Be sure you’re buying WILD-CAUGHT and avoiding farm-raised. Farm-raised fish contain harmful omega-6 fats that could can cause worsened toxicity to the body and inflammation (the very thing SMASH fish is supposed to help with!)
